CAN4 · its own setup page

Setup

  • Its own WiFi and its own page. The bit rate, the identifiers, the byte order and what each input reads, set in a phone's browser. There is no app, and a laptop is not needed.
  • Live readings. Every input shows what it reads as you wire it. Calibrate by holding a sensor at a value you know and typing what it should read.
  • Bus changes tried first. A new bit rate or identifier is tried on the bus, and undone after 30 seconds if the bus never acknowledges it.

Works with

EG5 and EG12: MegaSquirt · Speeduino · Haltech · Link · AEM · Holley EFI · MaxxECU · RaceCapture · EFILive FlashScan V2 · HP Tuners — or any 0 – 5 V analog input.

CAN4: Link ECU · Haltech Nexus (not the Rebel), with setup guides written from each maker's documentation and not yet run on an ECU — or an ECU, dash or logger that reads a user-defined CAN frame of 8- or 16-bit values: what differs between ECUs, each a setting on the CAN4's own setup page.
