Free within the United States. US addresses
only for now.
Returns
30 days from delivery. Send it back unused and
uninstalled, as it arrived, and we refund the original payment method.
Email us before sending anything. Return postage is yours. Once a module has
been wired in or a probe fitted, it is covered by the warranty below, not by returns.
Warranty
12 months, replaced, no questions asked. To claim, tell
us what it was fitted to on the form below, and send it back at your cost, and a new one goes out.
On an EG, fit an ungrounded probe.
Privacy
- What we collect. The email address and anything you write in our forms. When
you order, Stripe collects your name, email, shipping address and payment details, and
passes us everything but your card number.
- Who handles it. Cloudflare hosts the site, Resend delivers the forms' emails to
our inbox (Google Workspace), and Stripe takes payments. We don't sell or rent your
information.
- What we use it for. Telling you when a module ships, answering you, and filling
and supporting your order.
- Tracking. No ads and no tracking cookies. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits
without cookies. We don't act on Do Not Track signals, because nothing on the site tracks
you across other sites.
- Your information. Email sales@thirdshiftelectronics.com to see, correct or delete
it. We keep order records for five years, as Washington's tax rules require.
- Changes. We post them here and update the date below.
